Learning how to cook sticky rice is included.

Main ingredient : Minced pork, curry paste, pork intestine, fish sauce.  (Eat with sticky rice.)

Tom Som Kai Muang - Hot & Sour Free Range Chicken Soup with fresh tamarind leaves

Main ingredient : Free range chicken with bone, lemongrass, galangal, garlic, shallots, turmeric, coriander root, salt, dried chili, fresh chili, tamarind leaf, tamarind paste, fish sauce. (Eat with sticky rice).

Preparation & Cooking; Approximate 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Abb Pla - Grilled fresh water fish wrap in banana leaf

Main ingredient : Fish, curry paste, fish sauce, kaffir lime leaves, culantro, Thai sweet basil. (Eat with sticky rice).

Curry paste ingredient : Salt, garlic, lemongrass, galangal, turmeric, dried chili, shallots, shrimp paste, coriander root.

Preparation & Cooking; Approximate 30 minutes to 1 hour.

"Kaeng Hung Lay" - Pork belly Burmese style curry

Main ingredient : Pork belly, curry paste, ginger, cane sugar, tamarind paste, roasted peanut,. pickled garlic, fish sauce, masala powder, cooking oil. (Eat with sticky rice.)

Curry paste ingredient :Salt, garlic, lemongrass, galangal, turmeric, dried chili, shallots, shrimp paste, Masala powder, coriander root.

Naam Prick Oong - Tomato chili dipping paste Northern Thai style (can make for vegetarian)

Main ingredient : Minced pork, curry paste, tomatoes, fresh vegetable and steam vegetable for dipping, fish sauce, coriander and spring onion, cooking oil.

Main ingredient : Egg noodle, curry paste, coconut milk, chicken or beef, cooking oil, pickled cabbage, sugar, fish sauce, lime juice, chili oil.

Curry paste ingredient :Salt, garlic, shallots, lemongrass, galangal, turmeric, dried chili, finger roots, coriander seed, coriander root, cardamom seed, shrimp paste, curry powder.

Taam Kanoon - Young Jack Fruit Spicy Salad

(can make for vegan/vegetarian)

Main ingredient : Young jack fruit, minced pork, curry paste, tomatoes, fish sauce, cooking oil, kaffir leaf, spring onion, pork skin (optional). (Eat with sticky rice.)

Laab Pla -  Chiang Mai Northern Thai style minced fish spicy salad
