You can choose 3 main dishes and 1 dessert.

Learning how to cook sticky rice is included.

"Sai Aou - Chiang Mai Sausage"

Main ingredient : Minced pork, curry paste, pork intestine, fish sauce.  (Eat with sticky rice.)

Curry paste ingredient :Salt, garlic, lemongrass, galangal, turmeric, dried chili, 

shallots, shrimp paste, kaffir lime leaves, Thai celery.

                                         

Tom Som Kai Muang - Hot & Sour Local Chicken Soup

Main ingredient : Local chicken with bone, lemongrass, galangal, garlic, shallots, turmeric, salt, dried chili, fresh chili, tamarind leaf, tamarind paste, fish sauce. (Eat with sticky rice).

Abb Pla - Grilled Fish wrap in banana leaf

Main ingredient : Fish, curry paste, banana leaf for wrapping, fish sauce. (Eat with sticky rice).

Curry paste ingredient : Salt, garlic, lemongrass, galangal, turmeric, dried chili, shallots, shrimp paste,  kaffir lime leaves, Thai celery, fish sauce.

"Kaeng Hung Lay" - Pork belly Burmese style curry

Main ingredient : Pork belly, curry paste, ginger, cane sugar, tamarind paste, roasted peanut,. pickled garlic, fish sauce, cooking oil. (Eat with sticky rice.)

Curry paste ingredient :Salt, garlic, lemongrass, galangal, turmeric, dried chili, shallots, shrimp paste, curry powder.
