Work Shop; Cook Lanna Northern Thai food the Lyn style way
Chef Lyn is offering this short workshop for those who don’t have the time for the full day Lanna Northern Thai Cooking experience, and for those who want to experiment and learn how to cook Lanna Thai Northern food before they decide to do the full day Chiang Mai Lanna Northern Thai Cooking Experience.
This is an easy cooking workshop using a simple charcoal stove or electric stove to cook your food. The length of the workshop is one hour. During this workshop you will receive an explanation of the ingredients and the process of cooking your food. With the guidance of our team, you will be able to cook your food by yourself. Then you can eat the delicious Lanna Northern Thai food you cooked.
The place to join the workshop is in Chiang Mai Old City. The workshop is organized into 3 sessions starting from 04.00 pm. To 07.00 pm, two people in one session, one menu for one person for a period of 1 hour.
Session 1: 04.00 pm. to 05.00 pm, the menu is Abb Pla (Grilled fish in banana leaf)
Session 2: 05.00 pm. to 06.00 pm, the menu is Sai Aou (Grilled Chiang Mai sausage)
Session 3: 06.00 pm. to 07.00 pm, the menu is Sai Aou (Grilled Chiang Mai sausage)
Price : 350 Baht (cash) OR 550 Baht (PayPal)
Note :
1) This experience is prepared with the curry paste and ingredient by Chef Lyn. It is not for those who are vegetarian or vegan.
2) The spicy level can be adjusted to preference.
3) Followers are not allowed.
4) The food is gluten free.
5) Reservations must be made at least 1 day in advance.
