Class 1; Basic Thai Cooking Class

You  can  choose  5  dishes  from

Exceptional opportunity-depending on your recipe: (1) Learn how to make fresh coconut milk   (2) Learn how to cook sticky rice

Morning session : 09.00 am. - 03.00 pm.
Afternoon session : 04.00 pm.-09.00 pm.

Price : 
* Option 1 : 1,500 baht per person, minimum 2 people (2-6 people in 1 class)
* Option 2 : 2,900 baht per person, (1-6 people in 1 class)

"Pad Thai"

Main ingredient : Rice noodle, chicken, egg, bean sprout, chive, garlic, vegetable cooking oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, sun dried small shrimp, pickled daikon,  tamarind juice, crushed roasted peanut, chili powder, fish sauce, lime juice, water.

                                         

"Pad See Aew"

Main ingredient : Rice noodle, chicken, egg, Chinese kale, carrot, garlic, vegetable cooking oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, chili powder, fish sauce, lime juice, water, black soy sauce.

                                         

"Thai Fried Rice with Chicken"

Main ingredient : Steam jasmine rice, chicken, egg, Chinese kale, carrot, baby corn, garlic, vegetable cooking oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, water, black soy sauce, salt.

                                         

"Pad Kee Mouw"

Main ingredient : Rice noodle, chicken, egg, Chinese kale, carrot, baby corn, garlic, vegetable cooking oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, chili powder, fish sauce, lime juice, water, black soy sauce, fresh Thai pepper, fresh finger root, holy basil, bird eye chili.

                                         

 

"Holy Basil Stir Fried with Minced Pork"

Main ingredient : Minced pork, garlic, vegetable cooking oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, water, black soy sauce, holy basil, bird eye chili.

                                         

"Cashew Nut Stir Fried with Chicken"

Main ingredient : Chicken, garlic, vegetable cooking oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, water, corn flour, bell pepper, baby corn, mushroom, onion, carrot, sun dried chili, cashew nut, spring onion.

"Hot & Sour Soup with Shrimp"

Main ingredient : Shrimp, garlic, shallot, salt, stock, lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, tomato, mushroom, bird eye chili, lime juice, fish sauce, Thai shrimp paste, sugar, spring onion, coriander.

                                          

"Chicken in Coconut Milk Soup"

Main ingredient : Chicken, garlic, shallot, salt, lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, tomato, mushroom, bird eye chili, lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, spring onion, coriander, coconut milk.

                                          

 

Curry Paste and Curry Choices

"Green Curry"

Main ingredient : Chicken or pork, curry paste, coconut milk, sugar, fish sauce, eggplant, sweet basil, kaffir lime leaves, vegetable stock or meat stock, baby eggplant.

Curry paste ingredient :Salt, garlic, shallots, lemongrass, galangal, fresh green chili, kaffir lime zest, coriander seed, cumin seed, shrimp paste, coriander root, white Thai pepper.

                                         

"Red Curry"

Main ingredient : Chicken or pork, curry paste, pumpkin, coconut milk, sugar, fish sauce, sweet basil, kaffir lime leaves, vegetable stock or meat stock, baby eggplant.

Main ingredient : Green papaya, garlic, fresh bird eye chili, sugar, fish sauce, fresh long bean, tomato, roasted peanut, lime juice, eggplant, shrimp paste, tamarind juice, sun dried small shrimp.

                                       

"Spring Roll"

Main ingredient : Frozen spring roll pastry,  bean sprout, carrot, Jew's mushroom, baby corn, garlic, chicken or pork or shrimp, firm tofu, chive, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, vegetable cooking oil, dipping sweet sauce.
