This course will represent of “Lanna Northern Thai food”, “Lanna Northern Thai life”, Lanna Northern Thai culture”. You will learn deeply of what is “Lanna people” thru cooking with us.

Learning 4 dishes per day, no need to be consecutive day)
Option 1; 7 days course : 20,300 baht, 28 menus 49 hours.
Option 2; Minimum 14 days course : start from 40,600 baht, 56 menus 98 hours. (DTV Visa Eligible)
Option 3; Minimum 20 days course : start from 58,000 baht, 80 menus 140 hours. (DTV Visa Eligible)

1) Pickle bamboo shoot
2) Fresh water crab paste making

4) Learning to do organic garden.
5) Visiting the locals kitchen tool shop.
How to register;
1) Choose your choice; option 1, 2 or 3.
2) Complete your register by making 50% a deposit payment thru PayPal, the balance pay on the first day class.
3) We will sent you the deposit received and the confirmation letter and another document on request. (Only option 2 and option 3).
4) Making the class schedule as our available date.
5) Received the certificate (Only option 2 and option 3)

3) If your visa doesn’t approve, No refunded BUT you can pass your class to another person or someone else within 5 years as DTV Visa request.
4) All activity including pictures during the class will report to Thai government.
5) The tuition fee is not included Thailand tax and PayPal online payment service fee. (Approximate 7-10% of the tuition fee)

As part of the course, the student will learn how to cook and apply the principles of nutrition and healthy eating.

Using the old fashion style kitchen tool to learn slow cooking for better favor and the nutrition.

Understand seasonality and know where and how a variety of ingredients are grown, reared, caught and processed..

Prepare and cook a variety of predominantly savory dishes using a range of cooking techniques.
