"Learn to be Professional Lanna Northern Thai Chef"

This course will represent of “Lanna Northern Thai food”,  “Lanna Northern Thai life”,  Lanna Northern Thai culture”.  You will learn deeply of what is “Lanna people” thru cooking with us.

Learning 4 dishes per day, no need to be consecutive day)

 

Option 1; 7 days course : 20,300 baht, 28 menus 49 hours.

 

Option 2; Minimum 14 days course : start from 40,600 baht, 56 menus 98 hours. (DTV Visa Eligible)

Option 3; Minimum 20 days course : start from 58,000 baht, 80 menus 140 hours. (DTV Visa Eligible)

Special activity by season (Only option 2 and option 3);

1) Pickle bamboo shoot

2) Fresh water crab paste making

3) Pickle garlic

4) Learning to do organic garden.

5) Visiting the locals kitchen tool shop.

 

How to register;

          1) Choose your choice; option 1, 2 or 3.

          2) Complete your register by making 50% a deposit payment thru PayPal, the balance pay on the first day class.

          3) We will sent you the deposit received and the confirmation letter and another document on request. (Only option 2 and option 3).

          4) Making the class schedule as our available date.

          5) Received the certificate (Only option 2 and option 3)

Note;

          1) Vegetarian and Vegan are welcome

          2) The dishes can combine with Lanna Northern Thai dishes , E-Saan North East Thai dishes and Central Thai dishes.

          3) If your visa doesn’t approve,  No refunded BUT you can pass your class to another person or someone else within 5 years as DTV Visa request.

          4) All activity including pictures during the class will report to Thai government.

          5) The tuition fee is not included Thailand tax and PayPal online payment service fee. (Approximate 7-10% of the tuition fee)

(1) Love Chiang Mai E-Recipe book

(2) All Ingredients for cooking

(3) Transportation within 3 kilometers from Chiang Mai downtown

(4) Water/Tea/Coffee/Fruit in season

(5) English speaking Chef.

(6) Local market tour

(7) Visit organic garden

(8) Travel Insurance (required by Thailand Tourism regulations)

Monday to Sunday :   08.30 am. - 03.30 pm.
(Maximum 6 people in one group)

(Approximately 6-9 hours depending on the recipes and the number of people in the class)

4) Kaeng Hung Lay" - Pork belly Burmese style curry (Chiang Mai Curry)
5) Northern Thai red jungle curry with Pumpkin and free range chicken Or fresh water sun dried fish (can make for vegetarian)
6) Abb Pla - Grilled fresh water fish wrap in banana leaf
7) Abb Moo- Grilled minced pork wrap in banana leaf
8) Abb Oong Ao - Grilled pig brain wrap in banana leaf
9) Tom Yam Jin Kai - Free range chicken Northern Thai style spicy soup
10) Tom Yam Kob - Frogs Northern Thai style spicy soup
11) Yum Nor Mai Sai Naam Pu - Bamboo shoot spicy salad with rice field crab paste (By season) (can make for vegetarian)
12) Kaow Soi Kai - Chiang Mai noodles with chicken (can make for vegetarian)
13) Naam Prick Noom - Green chili Northern Thai style dipping paste (can make for vegetarian)
14) Naam Prick Oong - Tomato chili dipping paste Northern Thai style (can make for vegetarian)
15) Kaeng Hed - Mix mushroom local curry with fresh water sun dried Fish (can make for vegetarian)
16) Taam Kanoon - Young Jack fruit spicy salad with Pork (can make for vegetarian)

25) Tam Mamong - Green mango spicy salad with fresh water sun dried fish (By season) (can make for vegetarian)

27) Kaeng Pak Kad Sai Makewn with Kai Muang- Mustard greens spicy curry with free range chicken and Makewn (Zanthoxylum limonella Alston) (can make for vegetarian)
